WASTE TRANSFER NOTE

A Waste Transfer Note is a legal document given to all customers.

If you require a regular service either on a monthly or weekly basis, you will be issued with an Annual Waste Transfer Note (Opposite). This covers all collections carried out within a 12 month period.

One-off customers will be given an individual transfer note at the time of collection (Not pictured).

Both these documents give information on who is disposing of the waste and the quantity collected. For legal reasons these are kept on record at our office for a minimum of two years. You are also required to do the same as a record that you have disposed of your waste through the correct channels. When arranging collection with us, you will be informed of all you have to do to comply with the law and given all paperwork to prove you have done so.
