Our service
Welcome to Waste Paper Solutions, document shredding and waste paper recycling services. We cater for homes and businesses across the UK and offer a Certificate of Destruction with every collection carried out. We are licensed by The Environment Agency and have been operating since 2006.
What we collect
Although we specialise in the disposal of confidential waste such as bank statements, credit card statements, sensitive documents and personal information, we also dispose of general office paper, newspaper and magazines. We generally do not collect cardboard but very small amounts are usually ok. Paper must be removed from lever arch files as we cannot recycle the metal parts, and plastic wallets should generally be left out although small quantities are fine. Staples can be left in as can dividers. We collect from a wide range of industries including employment agencies, solicitors, accountants and home businesses, ensuring the secure disposal of over 10 tonnes of paper every month. We offer a free travel brochure recycling service to travel agents throughout Kent, Sussex & Surrey.

How our service works
Once we receive an enquiry we will give you a no obligation quote to collect, shred and dispose of your waste, depending on quantity, location and frequency. We cater for one off visits or regular collections, and have dedicated vans servicing different regions daily. Once we have provided a quote, we will organise a date (and if possible a time) that suits you to come and collect. Our drivers are trained and insured to load the waste on to the van safely so there is no need to worry if you have large quantites or heavy bags.
Disposal & payment
On collection of your waste you will be required to sign a Waste Transfer Note. This is a legal document detailing the date of collection and the quantity of waste to be shredded and recycled. It is your receipt that you have disposed of your commercial waste legally and responsibly. We then take your waste to be securely destroyed and a Certificate of Destruction is issued within 48 hours. Payment is due within 7 days of certification by cheque or electronic transfer via online banking.
